Based in London & Surrey, our experience in seeing first-hand the volume of sub-standard rental accommodation offered to young professionals was the catalyst for us to expand into the HMO market with a view to offering more welcoming shared living and work spaces.

Our Process
PURCHASE
Distressed residential homes or underperforming HMOs in an area of high demand.
REGENERATE
Using our team to maximise the space and increase value.
REFINANCE & HOLD/SELL
Upon completion we will refinance and keep our HMOs,
whilst releasing our rejuvenated residential homes back
to the market.
Using refinancing as a financial strategy, this allows us
to access the increased equity in the property and use it
to reinvest in new projects.
Investor Security
From an investor perspective, this creates three secure exit strategies for us to pay back the investment, from either:
- Profits on the sale of a distressed property regeneration.
- Equity released on a refinanced HMO.
- Our own funds within the business.
Objectives
Our objective in the next 5 years is to expand further south out of the Midlands and closer to where we live, looking to take on larger projects whilst maintaining our core values and to integrate other family members into the business.
