About Us

It became clear that investing in their property education would not only help them achieve their own financial goals but would also enable them to have a strong, positive impact in improving the standard of accommodation in the areas they focus on. Consequently, they committed to further detailed training seminars through 2018-2020 focusing on Distressed Property, Buy to Lets, Creative Finance, HMOs and Social Housing.

Julie Anderson is a retired Secretary/Executive Assistant who spent her work life living in Ankara, Moscow, Geneva and New York as a member of the Diplomatic Service ahead of working in the financial sector in London. Before focusing on property, David Anderson had worked in various specialist roles within the travel industry but with family being at the forefront for both of them, they took the opportunity to work alongside each other and launch the family-run business.

Founded in 2021, our primary vision at D&J Anderson Properties is to contribute to the rehabilitation of rental accommodation in the UK for like-minded young professionals. By creating a brand that our clients can recognise and relate to, our ambition is to establish a community that will continue to scale and improve as a result of social dialogue and feedback from its valued members.
