The Vision

Our proposal for this project is clear, create another space that our tenants will be able to co-live in and feel good about doing so. With an increased focus this time on co-working as well, we have big ideas for our communal space at Charnwood, so stay tuned.

The Plans

Maintaining its current status as a 13 bedroom HMO, but with a huge transformation in taking it back to brick, reconfiguring so that every room has its own en-suite, with 9 of those rooms becoming studios. Exterior will be re-rendered to bring back its curb appeal.
